Brad Stichnoth

Meet our Broker in Charge! Brad is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (2023) with a degree in business, but his career in real estate began much earlier. At 18, he earned his North Carolina Real Estate Broker’s License and began working hands-on with single-family homes. Since then, he has developed deep experience across financing, acquisition, disposition, asset management, and operations, contributing to the successful management of more than 1,200 homes across the Southeast. In addition to residential real estate, Brad has been involved in commercial transactions and has direct experience with infrastructure projects, including solar farms. This combination of single-family, commercial, and energy development has given him a versatile perspective and the ability to execute across multiple asset classes. Brad is known for his disciplined, practical approach to real estate. Whether structuring a deal, optimizing operations, or uncovering hidden value, he brings years of direct, on-the- ground experience that benefits both sellers and buyers at Port City Real Estate Group LLC.
